I receive every month a fixed amount as salary (it is not structured).  Even though can I claim 10% exemption as medical allowance while I enter salary income on IRIS?  My employer deducts income tax on my fixed amount.

Medical Allowance is allowed upto 10% of Basic Salary. If the salary comprises of other allowances etc, you can claim upto basic salary only.

Can I consider the salary amount which I am getting as Basic Salary and deduct 10% as medical allowance?  For example I am getting 150,000 every month & deduct 10% i.e. Rs.15,000.  Can I do this?  Sorry I am bothering you again & again.

Yes you can, provided that, your salary (150k) has no other allowances etc.
