Job Description: As a Full Stack Developer at TaxationPk, you will be an integral part of our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that empower our clients with advanced tax management capabilities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across our platform. With your expertise in both front-end and back-end development, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and drive innovation in the field of tax technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for our tax management platform, leveraging your proficiency in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
2. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements, architect solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of our technical team.
3. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in full stack development. Identify opportunities to enhance our platform’s functionality, usability, and performance through research and experimentation.
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components to ensure they meet quality standards and performance requirements. Implement automated testing strategies to streamline the development process and minimize errors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and architect scalable solutions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
