FBR Issues Updated Fair Market Value for Sukkur Properties

Sukkur, Pakistan:Through notification S.R.O. 1713(I)/2024, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has set revised fair market values for immovable properties in Sukkur, effective November 1, 2024. This update replaces the previous notification S.R.O. 365(I)/2022, dated March 2, 2022, in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

This revision aims to better reflect current market dynamics for properties in the Sukkur area.
