Talagang, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued Notification S.R.O. 1714(I)/2024, revising the fair market values for immovable properties within Talagang. This adjustment is enacted under the powers granted by sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001).
These new values aim to reflect the current market trends more accurately for various property types in the Talagang area, effective from November 1, 2024.
