My wife is a housewife and owns a house in her name, so I want to know if I should show that property in my wealth statement or if she needs a separate NTN.

Your wife’s property can be shown in your wealth statement.
A housewife can own property independently under Pakistan tax law.
She does need an NTN if she has propety on her name.
However, you may disclose it under “Assets held by spouse” for information only.
If rental income exists, then she should obtain her own NTN and file separately.
