I have never filed taxes before. Can someone guide me on how to get registered as an FBR filer, obtain my NTN, and file my first income tax return?

You can register for an NTN through the FBR online portal by providing your CNIC, email address, and mobile number. Once registered, you will receive access to the IRIS system where you can file your income tax return.
 The online return forms vary depending on your source of income—such as salary, business, or other categories. Make sure to select the correct form and provide accurate details to become an active filer.
