How to generate a PSID with 25-digit number in IRIS for payment of income tax?

Online bank apps require 25-digit PSID number (Meezan Bank app asks for it for sure, other may do so as well). PSID generated by iris at the end of income tax filing process DOES NOT have 25 digits. That is the problem.

IRIS doesn't create PSID for 25-digits. You should approach Meezan Bank or maybe you are doing something wrong. None of the banks we are using asking for 25-digits PSID.
