WHETHER SUPPLIER WILL SHOW 0.1% ADVANCE TAX IN HIS INVOICE AND WILL ADD IN INVOICE AS :   VALUE OF SALE + S.TAX +0.1% = NET PAYABLE

Yes, the supplier has to mention 0.1% WHT tax in the invoice, but your formula is wrong.

Value of Supplies + Sales Tax = Total Price + 0.1%

Correct Formula is

"Registered Person" Value of Supplies + Sales Tax = Total Price x 0.1% = Total Price + 0.1% Value = Net Payable.

"Un-registered PersonValue of Supplies + Sales Tax + Further Tax = Total Price x 0.1% = Total Price + 0.1% Value = Net Payable.

*Note: In case of Un-registered person further tax will not apply on any 3rd Schedule item.
