I am overseas Pakistani and have an RDA account and have NPC and want to file return the bank deducts 10% while filing yearly return the FBR IRIS calculate it 15%. return form is showing it under field 64040053 which calculate tax at 15%. In which field I will show this so that it will be calculated at 10%. I have no other income in Pakistan except small dividend income. Do I need to file return

You need to file your income tax return to remain on the ATL.
For NPC (under RDA), the correct withholding rate is 10%, not 15%, code 64040057, or 64040058.
Your dividend income also needs to be declared separately under dividend section.
This way, your return will correctly reflect the reduced 10% rate and finalize your tax liability.
