Hi! I have recently started my business. My business is currently really small and I do not qualify any of the tier 1 retailer requirements for sales tax registration. I want to open a courier account so I can deliver my products with ease but they are asking for my STRN. What should I do?

Hi! Since your business is small and you don’t fall under Tier-1 retailer rules, you are not bound to get STRN.
Couriers usually ask for STRN due to FBR compliance checks.
You can request them to open the account on your NTN (income tax number) instead or provide an affidavit that business is not liable to register for STRN.
