Capital Assets 7E Applied on all properties, If total declared value is less than 2.5 million.

Capital Assest 7E is need to fill for all properties.
I have 2 more properties, 1 is plot and 1 is apartment, Now i purchase one more apartment, I need to add all these properties in 7E section. still my total worth of these properties are less than 2.5 million.
