If your mobile PTA approval registration is showing complete but you haven’t received the PSID, it usually means there’s a delay or issue in PTA’s payment generation system.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check DIRBS Portal again – Log back into the PTA DIRBS system and go to your application details to see if the PSID is now generated.

  2. Check your email & SMS – PTA often sends the PSID to your registered email and phone number.

  3. Regenerate the PSID – In some cases, you can click “Generate PSID” again from your application page.

  4. Contact PTA – If it’s been more than 24 hours with no PSID, you can email [email protected] or call PTA helpline 0800-55055 for assistance.
