Is withholding tax on cash withdrawals adjustable?

My bank deducts withholding tax on cash withdrawals over the threshold. Can I adjust it against my annual liability?

Yes. You can adjust your withholding taxes on cash withdrawals in adjustable tab of Tax Chargeable/Payments Under Section 231AB which is advance tax on cash withdrawal. But before doing that better collect documentary evidence from withholding agent so you have documented evidence of claimed withheld taxes.
