My father passed away this year, but he had taxable income for part of the year. How can we file his return on behalf of the legal heirs?

Login in to deceased account. And then go to Registation then Forms and then select this form 181 (Form of Registration Filed for Modification) (Income Tax). 

after that select year and form will be open. Put date of death and then save and submit. It will be updated in 10 mint. U can check his profile after 15 mint for confirmation.
