I am living abroad for work but still own property and bank accounts in Pakistan. Can I file a return and be on the Active Taxpayers List?

Yes, you can file a tax return from abroad if you have income or assets in Pakistan.
Declare all Pakistani income (like rent, profit on bank deposits) in your return.
Also report any foreign income if you qualify as a resident taxpayer under tax law.

File your return and, if required, pay any due tax by the deadline.Once filed, you will be added to the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
