FBR Updates Property Market Values in Toba Tek Singh

Toba Tek Singh, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued S.R.O. 1715(I)/2024, establishing revised fair market values for immoveable properties within Toba Tek Singh. This notification supersedes the prior valuation issued in S.R.O. 1258(I)/2022, dated August 1, 2022, under the authority of sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001).

Effective November 1, 2024, the updated market values apply to all residential, commercial, and agricultural properties within the region of Toba Tek Singh.
