FBR Updates Fair Market Values for Mirpur Khas

Mirpur Khas, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued Notification S.R.O. 1716(I)/2024, which updates the fair market values for immovable properties in Mirpur Khas. This new determination is made in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), and supersedes the earlier Notification No. S.R.O. 1547(I)/2021 dated December 1, 2021.

These revised valuations will take effect on November 1, 2024, reflecting changes in the local property market for residential, commercial, and agricultural areas in Mirpur Khas.
