Faisalabad, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1688(I)/2024, updating the fair market values for immovable properties in Faisalabad District, effective November 1, 2024. This new valuation supersedes the previous rates established in S.R.O. 1603(I)/2022, dated August 24, 2022.
Enacted under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, this adjustment aims to align property valuations with current market conditions, promoting transparency and accuracy in real estate transactions throughout Faisalabad.
