Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released notification S.R.O. 1686(I)/2024, updating the fair market values for immovable properties in Dera Ismail Khan District, effective November 1, 2024. This new valuation replaces the previous rates outlined in S.R.O. 1735(I)/2022, dated September 13, 2022.
Issued under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, these revised values aim to better reflect current market conditions, ensuring greater transparency and accuracy in property transactions across Dera Ismail Khan District.
