Mianwali, Pakistan:ÂThe Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1719(I)/2024, specifying updated fair market values for immoveable properties within Mianwali. This revision has been established under the authority granted by sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001).
Effective November 1, 2024, these updated values apply to all categories of properties, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial areas within Mianwali.
