Rawalpindi, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that its call center is currently undergoing maintenance and is temporarily unavailable to serve taxpayers.
In a statement released today, the FBR advised taxpayers to submit their queries via email to helpline@fbr.gov.pk. The agency assured that they are working diligently to resolve the technical issues and restore the call center services as soon as possible.
The FBR apologized for any inconvenience caused by the temporary disruption and urged taxpayers to utilize the provided email channel for their inquiries.
