Kasur Androon, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1697(I)/2024, establishing revised fair market values for immovable properties in Kasur Androon. Effective November 1, 2024, these updated valuations replace those set forth in S.R.O. 346(I)/2022, dated March 2, 2022.
This determination, made under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, aims to align property values with current market conditions, ensuring greater transparency and accuracy in real estate transactions throughout the area.
