FBR Updates Fair Market Values for Gujranwala Properties

Gujranwala, Pakistan:ÂThe Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1691(I)/2024, updating fair market values for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties in Gujranwala, effective November 1, 2024. This revision supersedes the previous notification S.R.O. 1261(I)/2022, dated August 1, 2022, under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

This adjustment is part of FBR’s ongoing efforts to align property valuations with current market trends across various property sectors in Gujranwala.
