Sialkpt, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released notification S.R.O. 1712(I)/2024, setting forth the revised fair market values for immovable properties in Sialkot District, effective November 1, 2024. This notification supersedes the previous S.R.O. 364(I)/2022, issued on March 2, 2022.
This adjustment is made under the authority of sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, reflecting the need for updated property valuations that accurately correspond with current market conditions in the area.
