FBR Sets New Property Valuation for Ghora Gali

Ghora Gali, Pakistan:ÂThe Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released notification S.R.O. 1689(I)/2024, establishing updated fair market values for immovable properties in the area of Ghora Gali, effective November 1, 2024.

This valuation adjustment is issued under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, to better reflect current market conditions and enhance transparency in property transactions.
