ByDera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1687(I)/2024, setting revised fair market values for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties in Dera Ghazi Khan District. Effective from November 1, 2024, this update supersedes the previous rates provided in S.R.O. 334(I)/2022, dated March 2, 2022.
This adjustment, under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, aims to ensure property valuations align with current market standards, promoting transparency and accuracy in property-related transactions within Dera Ghazi Khan.
