FBR Announces Revised Property Valuation for Lahore

Lahore, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1722(I)/2024, updating fair market values for immovable properties across Lahore District. Effective November 1, 2024, these new valuations replace the previous rates established in S.R.O. 2300(I)/2022, dated December 27, 2022.

This revision, authorized under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, aims to align property valuations with current market trends, enhancing accuracy and transparency in property transactions across Lahore.
